Incorporated in 1978, Collier Appraisers has been providing real estate appraisals and consultation to the "Metro-East" segment of the Greater Metropolitan St. Louis area for over 35 years. Our professional staff consists of 3 full-time appraisers, 1 office manager, 1 employee that is responsible for processing new appraisal orders, 1 sales data research specialist, 1 sales/rental photographer, and 2 support staff employees. Our full-time appraisers are:
- James F. Collier - Certified General Appraiser and has been appraising real estate since 1978.
- Carrie L. Eye - Certified General Appraiser and has been employed by Collier Appraisers since 1993.
- Ryan J. Collier - Certified General Appraiser and has been employed by Collier Appraisers since 2011.
